Two workers were trapped while suspended 20 stories on scaffolding in Lower Manhattan Monday afternoon.
The incident took place around 1:30 p.m. while the men were working on a federal office building near Broadway and Reade Streets. Fortunately the scaffolding was not tilted, but the platform was not able to maneuver in the up and down directions.
Firefighters helped the men safely into the building and no injuries have been reported.
