A Dog Cafe Is Coming To NYC And We Can't Handle It

Cat cafes can take a backseat, because NYC is about to get its very own dog cafe spot!

This dog "coffee shop and community space," is set to open in the East Village, December 2017. The establishment is to be called Boris & Horton and we are so excited for it.

DNAInfo reports Boris & Horton's father-daughter owners, Coppy and Logan Holzman, names the establishment after their own dogs: Boris, a pitbull mix, and Horton, a terrier mix! HOW PERFECT!

At the dog-friendly cafe, anyone will be welcomed to bring their dog. Similar to the cat cafe establishments, the cafe itself will reportedly feature a glass wall to separate the dogs from the food area.

"It's like basically going to someone's nice living room with your dog, and it's adjacent to a place where you can get all your food and coffee," Coppy tells DNAInfo.

Please note that as you order your food or latte, there will be a Boris & Horton stagger looking after your pup, while you are on the food side of the cafe. On the food side you will be able to order your typical coffee, pastries, sandwiches, as well as, beer and wine!

Counting down the days!!!
