Miley Cyrus and Lance Bass Want to Buy the 'Brady Bunch' House

The iconic Brady Bunch house is on the market for the first time in 45 years, and it already has two notable suitors.

As Us Weekly reports, both Miley Cyrus and Lance Bass are interested in buying the historic abode in Studio City, CA. Though we don't know much about the "Younger Now" singer's interest levels, the former *NSYNC member has been very vocal about his.

“I’m obviously obsessed with The Brady Bunch. I mean, I grew up watching that show … I’m going to go look at it, because I want to buy this house,” he said on July 20 during an appearance on the Big Brother after show Off The Block.

“I’m going to turn it into the TV house, because you know it doesn’t have a second floor and all that stuff, but I’m going to go back to the original, original house."

Though most people, including the current owners, would love to see the house preserved, there are reports that developers are interested in buying the property for the third of an acre lot with the intention of tearing down the house. Luckily, listing agent Ernie Carswell would rather sell to someone who will love it.

“We’re not going to accept the first big offer from a developer who wants to tear it down," he told the Los Angeles Times. "We’re going to wait a few days, in case there are others who want to purchase it as an investment to preserve it.”

The house is currently listed at $1.885 million.
