When you look on Facebook or Instagram, it can be a bit depressing because everyone's lives seem SO amazing. New babies, amazing trips, insanely good meals, lavish weddings.. but what about the bad stuff? That's the thing, people use Facebook and other social media as a highlight reel for the best of the best things about their life. It's a snapshot from a specific perspective, with a FILTER many times, that misses a lot of the other factors that are going on in a person's life and can be actually quite misleading.
So next time you feel bad that "everyone" is doing so well on Facebook, remember this video done by the Higton Brothers. What do you think of it??
