Taylor Swift might be known for her girl squad, but one of her most endearing friendships is with Ed Sheeran. The two superstars go way back and have stuck together through thick and thin. Now they have a brand new collaboration with a heart-warming music video to go with it. These two besties have always been #goals, so we're going to take a look down memory lane. Here are our favorite moments between these BFFS.
The original collaboration " Everything Has Changed" shows the pair as children and is a great example of how pure Swift and Sheeran's friendship is. Their mini doppelgängers are best friends and play their children in the video.
Taylor and Ed went head to head in a game called "Eds or Taylz." The game's objective was to see who knew more about the other and it got pretty competitive. In the end Ed was the clear winner!
Ed surprised Taylor during her performance on her Red tour in 2013. In the video he is dressed as a clown and Taylor is clearly shocked when she finally turns and notices him.
Taylor also surprised Ed on his tour in 2013 and performed "Everything Has Changed" while wearing matching T-shirts. Awe!!
Another collab "End Game," which included Future, featured a shout-out from Sheeran to Cherry Seaborn and the 4th of July party that was at Taylor's house. This was where they had their first date and started their relationship even though they had known eachother since a young age. The lyrics are "Knew it when I was young / We connected when we were little bit older" and " Something was born on the Fourth of July."
Nine Years later, "Everything Has Changed" Sheeran and Swift created "The Joker And The Queen" which is a continuation of the original video. The two 18-year-olds story has them both starting their new lives in college and it is both nostalgic and tear-jerking to watch. The best part is the original actors were used to continue the story!
