Kim Kardashian took a walk down memory lane with her 5-year-old daughter North West last night. North's latest obsession is The Cheetah Girls franchise (she has great taste in film), which is particularly exciting for KKW because of her history with one of the group members. Adrienne Bailon, who starred in all three Cheetah Girls movies (unlike some people...*cough* Raven Simone *cough*), seriously dated Kim's younger brother Rob Kardashian for a few years. Adrienne was even prominently featured in early seasons of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, as well.
Even though Rob and Adrienne didn't work out, Adrienne remained close friends with Kim and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe. She was invited to Kim's wedding to Kris Humphries, as well as Khloe's wedding to Lamar Odom, long after she called it quits with Rob.
Kim and Adrienne's friendship is clearly still going strong, because Kim made the most epic joke about North's obsession with The Cheetah Girls. She posted an Instagram story about watching the movie with her daughter, which featured Adrienne dancing and singing to the group's music. "Should I break the news to North that this could have been her auntie?!?!?!" Kim captioned the story, tagging Adrienne at the bottom.
Adrienne reposted Kim's stories on her own Instagram account, clearly enjoying Kim's trolling. She added her own captions, calling Kim's story "hysterical," as well calling them "cheetalicious" and dying at her early 2000s wardrobe.
I don't know about you, but this definitely makes me want hop on North's bandwagon and start watching The Cheetah Girls again. It's up there as one of the greatest Disney Channel Original Movies of all time. As Adrienne aka Chanel aka Chuchie would say..."It's cheetahlicious."
