This man is definitely going to bed with no TV because he wants to sue his parents for giving birth to him without consent. Yep you heard that right. Raphael Samuel from Mumbai, India wants to take his parents to court because of their decision to have him. He says bringing him into the world goes against his "anti-natal" beliefs which compare having babies to "kidnap and slavery."
You may be thinking his relationship with his parents must be really bad... Well you're wrong. Raphael, 27, says he has a good relationship with his parents and says, "life has been amazing."
In an interview with The Print he says, " "I love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure." He continues saying, "My life has been amazing, but I don't see why I should put another life through the rigmarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn't ask to exist."
There is an "anti-natal movement" growing in India urging people to seriously consider whether they want to bring a child into the world.
What are your thoughts on the movement? Should Raphael be able to sue his parents for this?
