City of Kingston
• Drugs:Aldean M. Murphy, 28, of Port Ewen; Jessica M. Henry, 36, of Ulster Park; and Skyler D. Eby, 26, of New Paltz, were arrested by state police at Highland at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, and were each charged with one count of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. They were released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• DWI:Steven P. Galioto, 44, of Coram, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:29 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Galioto was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• Drugs:Jennifer M. Lehmann, 36, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:15 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, and was charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Lehmann was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Esopus
• Drugs:Randall M. Lynch, 31, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 9 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property and petit larceny, all misdemeanors. Lynch’s arrest followed an investigation into an alleged theft of a video gaming system and several video games. At the time of the arrest, Lynch allegedly possessed the drug Fentanyl and suboxone strips. Lynch was released with tickets for Esopus Town Court.
Gardiner
• Burglary:Eric J. Morgan, 30, of Clintondale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, and was charged with burglary, a felony. Morgan was released with a ticket for Gardiner Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWAI-drugs:Brittany A. Decker, 21, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:05 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Decker was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Forged instrument:Amanda L. Miller, 29, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, and was charged with felony possession of a forged instrument. Miller was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
• Drugs:Brian W. Kennedy, 44, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, both misdemeanors. Kennedy was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
