Unsurprisingly, we've all collectively tried to forget as much of the last year and a half as possible, including Tiger King. Well the universe, and NBC, have different plans!
A scripted TV series, titled 'Joe Exotic,' based on the out-of-pocket Netflix series is coming to NBC streaming platform Peacock later this year. The series will feature SNL star Kate McKinnon as Carole Baskin, Dennis Quaid, and Nat Wolff as Travis Maldonado, one of Exotic's husbands.
The NBC series is just one of two major projects in the works inspired by Tiger King. The other being an Amazon Original starring Nicolas Cage.
