DaBaby Pulled From Another Festival After Rolling Loud Comments

There's been a slow but steady reaction to DaBaby's comments during his performance at Rolling Loud Music Festival last week, but after mounting public pressure online many of the other festivals that had him on their lineup are starting to follow suit.

After getting dropped from Lollapalooza this past weekend, Founders Entertainment (the production company responsible for GovBall) announced that lineup changes will be announced soon accompanied with a graphic that had Dababy's name removed.

Founders Entertainment does not and will not tolerate hate or discrimination of any kind. We welcome and celebrate the diverse communities that make New York City the greatest city in the world. Thank you to the fans who continue to speak up for what's right. Along with you, we will continue to use our platform for good. Stay tuned for a lineup addition.

During his set at Rolling Loud, Dababy made hateful comments directed at gay men saying,

“If you didn't show up today with HIV/AIDS, or any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases that'll make you die in two to three weeks, then put your cell phone light in the air,” he said. “Ladies, if your p***y smells like water, put a cell phone light in the air. Fellas, if you ain’t suck a n***a dick in the parking lot, put your cell phone lights in the air. Keep it f***ing real.”

In an attempt to apologize on Instagram, he only made the situation worse by insinuating that anyone with HIV/AIDS was "nasty."

Dua Lipa has since distanced herself from the rapper following backlash from her fans regard his feature on the remix of Levitating. Some fans even calling for another remix with Lil Nas X or even Megan Thee Stallion.
