There's no argument over the fact that littering is bad! If you do it, you're mean. But what really constitutes littering?
That's the question a 73-year-old woman from the UK is asking. After throwing bread on the ground for the ducks she saw on her morning walks, she received a ticket with a $100 fine for littering!
What's more is that the ducks actually ate the bread she tossed on the ground, so...there was nothing really left behind!
The town council has since dropped the fine following social media outcry in the woman's favor. She did say she wasn't going to pay it anyway, though -- an icon and a legend.
