A South Carolina man claims he learned a technique for playing the lottery by watching TLC's "Lottery Changed My Life." After some time he himself won $100,000. What was his game plan? To spend $25 on lottery tickets every week for three months. After one week of playing, this man won $500 and then $100,000 by week seven! How will he spend his earnings?
