Martha Stewart has hosted her share of parties, so at the biggest Christmas party of the year, Z100's JingleBall, Martha offered some advice.
Speaking to Elvis Duran at the Mercedes-Benz Interview Lounge, Martha espoused preparation.
"You have to be organized," she said. "You have to be prepared. You have to have good food and good drink. What's the sense if you don't? Right? ... Even with [a cocktail party] it's good to have some delicious food. And make sure you as the host or hostess takes everybody around and introduces everybody."
While Martha didn't say whether or not this year's JingleBall was up to her exacting standards, she does come back each year, as part of her family's tradition.
She added that having Blake Lively at your party goes a long way!
