Two years after winning the chance to play the Z100 JingleBall All Access Lounge, Winston Rider returns to All Access a more experienced but equally grateful artist.
Winston tells Z100's Maxwell & Crystal that the past two years have been full of development for him.
"It's felt great," he says. "I feel a lot more confident in my own writing I've done. I feel like I'm putting in the work and getting better and going up a tier, as they say."
While Winston is more comfortable onstage now than in his younger days, he also returns to All Access as a budding philanthropist, through his work with the charity Guitars 4 Vets.
"That's something that's very close to my heart," he explains. "There's like a healing power in music. Because music is my passion and it's what I love to do, anyway I can share that with our veterans coming home, suffering from PTSD any mental problems, they can use music as a coping method and learn how to play guitar, which is another thing close to my heart. It's an all-around awesome thing to do."
