New York’s 49th Annual Village Halloween Parade is Monday, October 31, 2022. The Parade starts at 7:00 pm and ends around 11:00 pm. It begins at Canal St. and 6th Avenue and goes up 6th Avenue to 15th Street on 6th Avenue.
