The Bagel Nook in Freehold, N.J., has created bagels with the alcohol of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. However, no matter how many bagels you eat it will NOT get you drunk. But if you do love cinnamon raisin bagels, without the raisins, this may be the bagel for you!
The whisky is added straight into the dough, which is then boiled and topped with cinnamon sugar. After being baked, the bagels are dunked in a Fireball glaze with the liquor simmering out.
