Governor Cuomo Extends Curfew For Bars, Restaurants

Governor Andrew Cuomo is allowing bars and restaurants to stay open later.

Beginning on Monday, the state-mandated curfew in New York will be pushed back to midnight. Currently, it’s 11 p.m.

Fans of horse racing and auto racing will also be allowed to return to the tracks, beginning on Friday. There will be a 20 percent limit on capacity at race tracks.

"As the situation becomes more manageable, we're allowing spectators at auto and horse races back into stadiums to safely enjoy great events together,” Cuomo said.
