Kelly Clarkson admitted on Kevin Hart's talk show "Hart to Heart" that she thought American Idol, the show that jumpstarted her singing career, was "a joke."
She said that she didn't believe her win on the show would actually turn in to a 20-year career.
We didn't think it was going to come to anything," Clarkson said."Like we were the first season of American Idol, so we were there for that paycheck that SAG gives you to like pay for some bills.”
