Walmart Kid Yodeler Performed On The Ellen Show

How do you know Mason Ramsey? Well you probably recognize this 11-year-old after his yodeling performance in a Walmart went viral.

Thank goodness Ellen DeGeneres is always there to invite these viral kids on her show because we would have been deprived of the real story behind this crazy video. In the video that went viral Mason performed an amazing cover of Hank Williams Sr.'s "Lovesick Blues." People were amazed by his yodeling skills, and we even got some inquires to see him at Jingle Ball 2018!

But why Walmart? Ellen asks in an attempt to figure out Mason's interesting location choice. "Well.. because... that's the only store we got," says Mason. When asked if how many times he has performed there before he replied,"like 50,000 times." The audience could not hold in their laughter at that one. Eventually Mason wants to be a famous country singer and perform at the Grand Ole Opry and guess what?! Ellen is helping make that dream come true right now. The daytime host tells Mason after his performance that she has friends at the famous venue and he is going to get to perform there THIS SATURDAY! Then this week he's going to perform at his local Walmart in Harrisburg, Illinois and it's going to be LIVE on Walmart's Facebook page. Walmart is even going to give Mason a scholarship for college of $16,000!

Wow! This kid is going places for sure and I'll be cheering him on!
