Antoni Porowski from Queer Eye announced just this passed June that he'd be opining up a "fast-casual and healthy" restaurant in NYC. And in just a few short months, The Village Den came to be! Directly on the corner of 12th Street and Greenwich Avenue in the West Village neighborhood, the vegan-paleo restaurant is a collaboration with his partners Lisle Richards and Eric Marx.
The interior of the restaurant is absolutley breathtaking, filled with natural wood tones and plenty of greenery. And check out that intricate ceiling! But the best part has to be the sign with a list of "Things That Matter". Just reading it gives us a warm and fuzzy feeling.
The modern restaurant is especially friendly towards people with dietary needs/restrictions. The menu features icons and symbols for ingredients they should expect to be in each dish, and whether they fit into the Whole30, paleo, and keto diets. Just looking at these photos makes us hungry!!!!
We're sure the line at The Village Den will be out the door!
