The yearly wait for McDonald’s McRib is over! That’s right, McD’s is serving their famous rib-like sandwich at participating locations starting now! The sandwich makes its return from last year when participating restaurants carried it in November. And if you're too lazy to retrieve the coveted sandwich yourself you can get the sandwich delivered straight to your mouth (or near your mouth) with Uber Eats.
McDonald's website calls the McRib "a sandwich that has had fans clamoring for more than 35 years." Although its not actual ribs, the sandwich is made with boneless pork and doused in a tangy barbecue sauce. Served with some onions and pickles for a little crunch!
Mike Haracz, chef for McDonald's, knows that the classic sandwich has some devoted fans and that's why he's excited to make it more accessible this year.
"That's why we wanted to bring the McRib to as many fans as possible this year. With the McRib also available via McDelivery on Uber Eats, we're excited to make it more accessible to customers with the speed and convenience they expect from McDonalds."
If you're not sure if your local restaurant is serving the McRib this season (it probably is, there's over 9,000 participating stores), you can locate the nearest one using the McDonald's Finder app.
