Here's Some Ways To De-Stress!

The holidays are coming up and winter typically brings bad weather which in turn brings me stress. So in today's 'Mo's Randos' I'm reaching out to you for some of YOUR BEST methods, ways to de-stress.


Here's some quick ways that you can de-stress: 

  • Take a quick walk to clear your mind
  • Laugh
  • Breathe (Take 10 deep breaths)
  • Chew gum 
  • Count (in your head, I mean you could count out loud but idk if you wanna do that)
  • Hug someone (preferably someone you know but hey if you wanna hug a stranger that's up to you)
  • Unplug from social media
