This Hack Will Help You Fall Asleep In Less Than 120 Seconds

Do you have an issue problem falling asleep at night? I know I do, so maybe this hack will help me out too.

Apparently if you use this special military technique you could fall asleep within 120 seconds! It's also got a 96 percent success rate!
