A woman accidentally texted the wrong number asking fashion advice and the strangerâs seriously sweet response has gone viral for all the right reasons.
The woman, Syd, was trying on dresses and wanted to know if it looked good and sent photos of herself on accident to a dad of six named Tony Wood. Instead of replying that she had the wrong number, Tony replied â and couldnât have been cuter.
"I believe this message was intended for someone else," he wrote. "My wife isn't home, so I couldn't get her opinion, but the kids and I think you look stunning in your dress! You should definitely go with that one!"
He included a heart-melting photo of his kids giving the thumbs up sign.
Sydâs friend then posted the exchange to Twitter and the internet not only couldn't handle it, but discovered a way to give back to Tony.
Tonyâs wife wasnât home at the time because she was at the hospital with one of their kids who is battling leukemia. The viral response turned to help the family when someone came across their GoFundMe.
âThe kindness and generosity of Twitter and other venues saw our gofundme account surpass our goal last night!â Tony tweeted. âI can't begin to thank everyone enough! This is a major hour of need for us and this blessing will help more than you know! God Bless all of you!â
