NYC Best Spots To Celebrate Cinco De Mayo

There are so many great places to celebrate Cinco de Mayo in NYC. From restaurants to bars, even food trucks! We picked out some of our favorite places so that you knew where to go to celebrate on 5/5!

The first restaurant you have to check out is Los Tacos No 1. This spot located in Chelsea Market is the perfect stand and eat place for this Saturday. This taqueria serves tacos, quesadillas & aguas frescas and wow it’s delcious! With the nice day we’re supposed to have tomorrow, doesn’t it sound great to eat a taco and go walk the rest of the market!?

The next spot we have to talk about is the Black Ant locates in the East Village. This hot spot has a smokey jalapeño margarita that is a much try! The drink has a “slow steady spice” from their house-infused jalapeño tequila. Then with an added lime makes it more of a refreshing drink than just straight up fiery! Top it off with some chipotle-speckled salt around the rim and you’re good to go with your Cinco de Mayo!

Where are you going to get the best burrito though? Buritto Box in Hell’s Kitchen should be your go-to for lunch tomorrow! The restaurant is dedicated to making the perfect burrito with as many as 15 different kinds including, grilled steak, chili con carne and three types of chicken (grilled, BBQ and ranchero), along with vegetarian options like spinach portobello, grilled tofu and vegan chili. Each burrito comes with rice, black beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese and sour cream rolled up in a 12-inch flour tortilla.

With these options how could you not head to NYC this Saturday to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! It’s going to be a beautiful day and now you have the drinks and food to go with it!
