Usher is just a week away from the release of his brand-new album, Hard II Love, and the R&B titan is ready to celebrate the milestone with iHeartRadio. On Friday (September 16), Ursh will commemorate the occasion with an album release party at a secret location in New York City, where he'll perform select tracks from the forthcoming set and hopefully throw in some classics.
For the eighth studio set, the iHeartRadio Music Festival performer teamed up with a number of collaborators, including Young Thug, Future and Rubén Blades, but Hard II Love is still very much a project revolved around him connecting with his listeners. "Hopefully this [album] will resonate with people and you'll be able to make that connection yourself and maybe some of these songs will hit you at home," he said during his iHeartRadio Road To Vegas interview. "Maybe [some songs] help you articulate some emotional stress that you may have. Or maybe even the good times that you may have."
