A congrats is in order for Ryan Lochte who got engaged yesterday to girlfriend of about 9 months, Kayla Rae Reid. The Olympic swimmer apparently took a break from his 'Dancing With The Stars' rehearsal to pull off a romantic proposal.
The two started dating in March, according to US Weekly, and met on the dating app Tinder... "He was on Tinder. I might be on Tinder," she said. "That's all I'm going to say about it."
