Chance The Rapper and 2 Chainz Won Their First Grammys

spotlight logo FINALChance the Rapper and 2 Chainz both won their first ever Grammy awards tonight. The two rappers won Best Rap Performance for Chance's song "No Problem," which 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne were featured on.  The award was given before the show officially kicked off, so fans didn't get to see any acceptance speeches. We can only imagine how excited both Chance and 2 Chainz must be over winning their first Grammy award.

The track "No Problem" was also nominated for Best Rap Song, however, it lost out to Drake's "Hotline Bling." That was the only other award 2 Chainz was up for, but Chance had a few more nominations. He was nominated for his collaborations with Kanye West, as well. Ultralight Beam from Kanye's The Life of Pablo was up for Best Rap Song and Best Rap/Sung Performance. Kanye and Chance once again lost out to Drake for "Hotline Bling."
