Little Mix won big at the BRITs Wednesday night.
A member of the group, Perrie Edwards dated and was ENGAGED to singer, Zayn Malik, before he dumped her ~reportedly~ via text message.
After their breakup, Little Mix released the song "Shout Out To My Ex," an anthem for women to "thank" their exes for making them who they are today. No one doubted that this song was created as a shout out to Zayn and the other exes of the Little Mix members, but mostly Zayn (let's be honest).
Perrie starts the song singing: "This is a shout out to my ex. Heard he in love with some other chick. Yeah yeah, that hurt me, I'll admit. Forget that boy, I'm over it."
Now after hearing that imagine that song beating your song for Best British Single..... It was "Shout Out To My Ex" vs "Pillowtalk" aka Perrie vs Zayn, and everyone was watching for this acceptance speech....
