Sue Klebold is the mother of Dylan Klebold, one of the two shooters who was involved in the Columbine High School massacre that murdered 12 students and a teacher.
"I'm sorry if my son has caused you pain," Sue Klebold explains the details of her son and what her life has been since then. People come to her asking "How could you not know," and the tragedy "convinced her" that she failed as a parent.
