A mini Gilmore Girls reunion happened on the way to the Oscars and we have Lin-Manuel Miranda's mom to thank for it. The Hamilton star took to Twitter to tell his fans that his mom was watching Gilmore Girls as they made their way to the Academy Awards. What do you do when you're on your way to the biggest awards ceremony in the world with your son, who is nominated for one those big, important awards? Obviously hang out with Lorelai, Rory, Luke, Suki and the whole gang. Duh!!
Some Gilmore Girls cast members saw the tweet and obviously loved it as much as we did. Both Lauren Graham and Milo Ventimiglia tweeted back Miranda's post.
Now all we have to do is get Lin-Manuel Miranda to Tweet about how his mom wants another revival series. That will definitely get everybody's attention!
