After a crazy legal battle, the Kardashian's were successfully able to keep Blac Chyna from trademarking the name Angela Kardashian.
Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian have now prevented Chyna from using the family name for business dealings and to generate income. She originally filed for the trademark for the name in May 2016. This was when she was still engaged to Rob Kardashian and pregnant with daughter Dream. In December, the Kardashian sisters' companies Kimsaprincess Inc., Khloemoney Inc., and 2Die4Kourt filed to block Chyna's claim for trademark. The file went unchallenged and therefore her request has been died, TMZ reports.
Even if her and Rob work things out (which it looks like they have), Chyna still wouldn't be allowed to trademark the name, even if they decide to get married.
