At 7:45 AM PT Former 'bachelor' Chris Soules is in court for his arraignment. In documents obtained by TMZ, Soules was in possession of alcohol containers at the crash. He was brought in after witnesses by the scene ID'd him and called the police.
He is in custody now after slamming into a tractor, kill the driver and then leaving the scene of the crime according to TMZ.
The accident happened in Iowa Monday night at around 8:20 PM. According to the documents, Soules was driving his Chevy pickup truck and rear ended a tractor trailer, sending it into a ditch.
He has been booked on the charge of leaving the scene with a death.
