Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus used to be the reigning king and queen of the Disney Channel back in the day. It was no surprise the two budding pop stars ended up dating and launching thousands of passionate Niley Shippers. Sadly, their teenage romance came to an end, but the two have managed to remain friends as they got older. They're frequently photographed chatting at awards shows and even showing support for each other's work on social media. It doesn't even have to be new work, either. Nick took to Snapchat to share that he was jamming out to Miley's classic song 'The Climb.' He captioned the picture "what a jam #TBT." We couldn't agree more.
This isn't the first time the former boybander has mentioned Miley for throwback Thursday, either. He once shared an endearingly awkward photo of the pair as young teens on tour for the Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour on his Instagram account. "When you're 13... hanging with your first crush and you're trying to play it cool," Nick captioned the photo, followed by the hilarious hashtag "#wheresmydeodorant."
