After waiting for what felt like forever, we finally made it to the UNICO 20˚87˚ Hotel Riviera Maya! After a fun filled 'dysfunctional' vacation, we wanted to share with you some of our most memorable moments. Let's start from the beginning shall we?
DAY 1: The One With The Welcome Party
When we say the second we got checked in we jumped in the pool, we literally mean we checked in and immediately got into the pool. Seriously it took Greg T. all of 5 minutes to get in his bathing suit and start the vacation! 😂
Well once Greg T. got in, the rest of the crew wasn't far behind! Producer Jake, Bald Freak Ronnie and Skeery as well as our listeners got right into the pool with him....
After spending the entire day in the pool, we all got ready and went out to a welcome party with our listeners! We had so much fun hanging out with everyone and getting to know who we were going to be spending our weekend with!
And after a longgggggg night of dancing, Skeery Jones and the rest of us went to bed so that we wouldn't be too tired for the LIVE broadcast of the Elvis Duran Show in the morning!
DAY 2: The One With Los 5
Waking up at the crack of dawn was nothing for our listeners. Whether they were in pajama's or in their bathing suits, everyone came out to support our morning show and that was truly awesome!
And with that the broadcast officially begun!
With the broadcast there were definitely 3 stand out moments. First was the fact that within the showtime we sold out the Sunbeam Hand Held Garment Steamer that was in all of our hotel rooms 😂 Second was Uncle Johnny's drink making competition against the Unico mixologist! See who won below:
Third of course was the epic performance by Los 5 live on the air! The band did an incredible cover of Luis Fonsi ft. Daddy Yankee & Justin Bieber's 'Despacito.' The song definitely helped get the day started on the right foot! Thanks Los 5 😍.
Later that day..... we were actually joined by Los 5 in pool!
Everyone had a fabulous day lounging, drinking and most importantly taking photos with their awesome Fujifilm Instax cameras!
That night we were lucky enough to get to lounge with Brooklyn Bedding and get even more Los 5, this time they debuted their new song 'Satisfaction' and played some other awesome songs! Watch below:
DAY 3: The One With The Pool Party
Well the day has finally come for our ALL 👏 DAY 👏 POOL 👏 PARTY 👏 Yes we are excited for this because who wouldn't love to be in the pool for an entire day! Especially a pool that looks like this one:
One of our favorite moments was this chicken fight that started between Scotty B and Straight Nate! Producer Sam definitely stopped this from getting too aggressive 😂.
Now that we're looking back on it all, this moment where all of us came together for an end of the day drink definitely stole the show!
And how can we not cap off our last night in Mexico without an impromptu performance by our Uncle Johnny! Hellooooo Ladyyyyyyy 🙌
DAY 4: The One Where We Said Goodbye
Well it's time to say goodbye but not before one last relaxing moment on our balcony's!
As Bethany said above, we would like to thank everyone who made this weekend one we will never forget with memories that will last a lifetime!
