Bebe Rexha Says Collab with Louis Tomlinson is "The Dopest" Track

Bebe Rexha stopped by to talk with Brady about her highly anticipated collaboration with Louis Tomlinson. The pair have been teasing the track on social media, which had many fans wondering how this unexpected collaboration came about. It turns out that it was a pretty organic process. Bebe revealed that artists rarely ever meet or really even talk to each other before contributing their vocals to a collab. It was very different with Louis, though, because he made sure to reach out to Bebe personally and to record their vocals at the same time in person. That's pretty special.

In addition to actually being together when they worked on the track, Bebe is actually a huge fun of the song. She's an artist that tends to write all her own songs and be a part of the creative process from start to finish. When she heard 'Back to You', though, she just knew she had to be a part of it. "They sent it to me and I was like 'what is this? This is so fresh.'  From the first second the beat comes in, I was like 'this is the dopest thing.' It's so cool, it's so different." Bebe said of her immediate reaction to the song. "I just listened to it and I was like 'I have to listen to this song again.' I was like 'I have to do this collaboration.'"

She went on to talk about her experience of working with Louis, and confirms what die hard One Direction fans have long suspected: he's the nicest guy in the music industry. Bebe said that Louis is one of the nicest people she's ever met, calling the singer "a really nice, dope guy." Not only was Louis incredibly kind to Bebe, his fans were as well. She said she was surprised by the insane amount of love she's received from Directioners since her collab with Louis was announced.

While Bebe raved about working with Louis, she wouldn't reveal what the two of them were doing in that now infamous picture of them in a soccer stadium. Many believe it has something to do with an upcoming music video, but we'll just have to wait and see. We'll just have to enjoy this dope collab until then!
