Many people want to look like their favorite celebrity, but it's probably best to just let that be a fantasy, however, some people go to extreme lengths to resemble a particular star.
One 19-year-old woman underwent 50 surgeries so she would look like her idol, Angelina Jolie. The teen, from Tehran, Iran, is named Sahar Tabar and has said she "would do anything" to resemble the 42-year-old Academy Award winner.
To undergo her transformation, Sahar had the surgeries over the course of a few months. Because of how drastic a change she's undergone, some people don't believe her and think she's actually just using make-up and prosthetics, along with contact lenses.

Sahar has an extreme diet to keep her weight at a dangerous 88 pounds.
Even though some people might find her photos disturbing, she's still amassed an Instagram following 400,000 people strong.
No word on what Angelina thinks of Sahar.
