Drake and Migos were supposed to kick off their Aubrey and the Three Migos tour this Thursday (July 26) at Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City, but to the dismay of fans the hip-hop heavyweights are delaying the launch of their joint tour to address production concerns.
“In order to deliver the high standard tour experience our fans expect and deserve, we have made the necessary decision to slightly adjust the beginning of the Aubrey & the Three Amigos tour schedule,” a spokesperson for Drake explained.
The tour is now projected to begin on August 10 in Kansas City, Missouri, with a handful of early dates affected. The St. Paul, Minnesota stop has been moved from August 1 to 12; Toronto’s three shows have been rescheduled for August 20, 21 and 22; the Salt Lake City opener has been changed to October 10, and the July 28 and 29 stops in Denver will have new dates announced shortly.
The tour’s third night in Chicago (August 20) has been canceled with refunds being offered at the point of purchase.
