A 69-year-old woman shot and killed her husband because he ordered pay-per-view porn. Patricia Hill told police that she confronted her 65-year-old husband Frank in their shed over his recent purchases of pornography from their cable provider. When she discovered his first purchase, she immediately canceled it but became enraged when she found out he had re-ordered the program.
She told Frank to leave, but he refused, so she went inside the house and grabbed a 22 caliber pistol. Patricia returned to the shed, shot Frank twice, once in the lower body and once in the head. She then returned the gun and called the police.
By the time police arrived, Frank had died, and Hill was taken into custody. She is being held without bond in Jefferson County's detention center on felony probable cause for capital murder.
