BTS are giving their Army a behind-the-scenes look at how they geared up for the 2018 Billboard Music Awards. In a new video uploaded to the K-Pop band’s YouTube page Tuesday (July 31), the septet takes fans along on their journeys throughout the United States in the moments leading up to the annual music event.
Among the exciting scenes in the 36-minute video shows everything from band rehearsals to their big-time appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Late Late Show with James Corden. Other takes show the boys backstage at the 2018 BBMAs, where they met up with musicians like DJ Khaled, John Legend, Khalid, Pharrell Williams and Taylor Swift.
Just before their showcase, the "Delicate" singer approached the South Korean superstars and raved a performance she watched of theirs “was completely different than anything else, I love it!” V also caught up and snapped pictures with Legend — his music idol, who also happens to be a "huge fan" of BTS — before Jin teaches the R&B crooner how to make a heart with his fingers.
The awards took place on May 20 and signaled the band's worldwide television debut of their hit single "Fake Love," which debuted at No. 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100. That night, the pop stars celebrated their second consecutive Top Social Artist win at the BBMAs.
