Jennifer Nettles can duet. The front woman of Sugarland, whose current smash single “Babe” is a collaboration with Taylor Swift, recently shared a tease of a new duet she recorded with Josh Groban called “99 Years.”
In a re-post, Jennifer calls the vocal powerhouse “a dear and a force.” “I am so excited for you all to hear this collab,” she captioned. “This song!!! His whole record!!! Coming Sept21!!!! Josh shared this sneak peek!!!” In his original share, Josh added Jennifer is “just too damn good and cool.” The singer-actress previously collaborated with singer/songwriter Matt Nathanson on his 2011 single “Run” and with Bon Jovi on “Who Says You Can't Go Home,” which won a Grammy for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals in 2007.
Look for Jennifer’s duet with Josh on his new album Bridges, dropping September 21.
