Kim Kardashian is trying to tend to herself and her family amid the COVID-19 quarantine, but the reality TV star doesn't always find a balance in time.
Speaking with Refinery29 for the launch of her new KKW Fragrance collaboration with mom Kris Jenner, the mother of four, 39, explained that her 6-year-old daughter, North, is taking over their house. "I can't get away from her. She's running the house, or so she thinks she is," Kardashian admitted, adding that North's appearances during her recent videos have been nothing but genuine.
"My hair is a mess, and I think I've put on makeup twice, so it felt really good those days. I felt like a whole different person when I finally got up and got it together," she confessed. "It's not always glamorous. There are so many days I don't even brush my hair or get to shower, as it's a different type of task when you're now having to home school your kids and figure it all out."
Outside of her household, Kardashian is also in high demand amongst friends and family. "If you only knew the amount of private [makeup] lessons I've been giving people over Zoom," she explained. Still, the star is attempting her best to adjust to the new normal and her biggest tip to all the other mothers out there is to "do the best that you can."
