Taylor Swift will perform at the 2020 Academy of Country Music Awards on Wednesday, September 16, for the first time in seven years.
The Grammy winner will offer the world premiere performance of her single "betty" from the historic Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville. This track is the latest single from her eight studio album, folklore, which she surprised fans with on July 24.
"Bout to show up at your party @ACMAwards," the singer tweeted on Sunday (September 13) alongside a video promo.
This year’s ACM Awards were rescheduled from the original Las Vegas date in April due to the coronavirus pandemic. The three-hour show will broadcast from three iconic venues: Grand Ole Opry House, Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium and The Bluebird Cafe.
In addition to Swift, other performers taking the Opry stage include Blake Shelton featuring Gwen Stefani, Carrie Underwood, Trisha Yearwood, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Dan + Shay, Florida Georgia Line, Mickey Guyton and Morgan Wallen. Kelsea Ballerini, Gabby Barrett, Riley Green, Maren Morris, Old Dominion, Thomas Rhett featuring Jon Pardi, Tenille Townes will perform at the Ryman.
Additionally, Jimmie Allen, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert featuring songwriters Natalie Hemby and Luke Dick, and Tim McGraw will perform at The Bluebird.
Fans can tune in to watch the show live on Wednesday, September 16 at 8PM ET on CBS.
