Lori Loughlin is ready to move on.
Back in December, the Fuller House actress was released from prison after completing her short two-month sentence for her involvement in the college admissions scandal. Earlier this week it was revealed Loughlin is completing her court-mandated community service hours at Project Angel Food in Los Angeles. Once her 100 hours are complete, Loughlin will remain on supervised release for the next two years.
On Wednesday (February 10), Loughlin's legal team filed court documents requesting the United States Pretrial Services Office to return her passport. The Hallmark Channel staple handed over her travel documents back in March 2019. Now that she's almost completed the requirements of her sentencing, it's likely Loughlin is no longer considered a flight risk.
While Loughlin is finishing up her sentence, her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, remains behind bars. He was sentenced to five months in prison for his involvement in the college admissions scandal. He is expected to be released sometime in April. Once he's released, he will have to complete 250 hours of community service.
