Adele & Ex-Husband's Custody Agreement Details Revealed

Adele and her ex-husband, Simon Konecki, have reached the end of their divorce process by firming out the custody details.

As per court documents obtained by TMZ, the singer and Konecki will share joint legal and physical custody of their eight-year-old son, Angelo, with neither party needing to pay spousal support. While the specifics of their divorce settlement are still under wraps, the judgement about the child support was made in a separate judgement, which was not publicly filed.

Earlier this month, it was reported that the former flames reached a settlement in January. The two agreed to represent themselves in the process, with responsibilities to determine rights to property and debts throughout mediation. With her next album in the horizon, the singer has also reportedly agreed not to write material about her romance with Konecki to protect Angelo. "Heartbreak has helped Adele shift records over the years but this split is quite different," a source told The Sun. "They're both aware their son Angelo should be protected and that's why Adele has agreed not to sing about their relationship."

Adele and Konecki were together for seven years, before announcing their split in April 2019. "Adele and her partner have separated," her representatives said in a statement to AP at the time. "They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment."
