No Thanks! Giant Spider Falls On Pilot During Landing

A pilot in the Northern Territory of Australia had quite the surprise as he landed his plane recently. A Huntsman spider was along for the ride as the small propeller plane flew over Kakadu National Park and decided to drop in just as the ride came to an end.

Huntsman spiders are native to Australia and are no joke when it comes to the kind of spiders we see in the US. Even though they're harmless, they can be a pretty frightening sight measuring in at around 6 inches.

One of the passengers on board caught the incident on video and described the pilots reaction -- he wasn't a fan.

I wouldn't be a fan either! One time a tiny little spider dropped from the ceiling of my car on the highway and I'm lucky I'm still alive to tell the tale.

Watch the high-flying spider here.
