After a year and a half of literally everyone using Zoom, the company is being forced to pay out $85 million in a lawsuit concerning "zoombombing."
"Zoombombing" is when people who shouldn't have access to a virtual meeting gain access and disrupt it with profanity, pornography, and in some cases, racial slurs.
As part of the settlement, if you were a subscriber to Zoom between March 2016 and now you're eligible for $25 or 15% off the cost of your subscription.
