In an exclusive interview with Today Show's Savannah Guthrie, Amber Heard's lawyer says the actress is 'absolutely' planning to appeal.
In the interview that aires the morning after the breaking news that Amber Heard was found liable in the Depp Vs Heard case, Elaine Bredehoft, Heard's attorney said that 'Oh absolutely, and she has some excellent ground for it," when asked if she would appeal the jury's decision. "We even tried to get the UK judgment in to dismiss his [Johnny Depp] case," she continues, "There was so much evidence that did not come in."
Bredehoft continues saying that Heard isn't able to pay the $10.4 million judgment to Depp.
