The holidays are a great time to think of others, but it's also a stressful time for many, and it's not uncommon that we forget to take care of ourselves.
Paul Russell has been busy all week, giving his time and talent to New York City, especially at Z100 JingleBall's All Access Lounge.
"I just want to make a good experience for people, like have people a reason to stand up and smile. I mean, that's what I'm trying to do," the "Lil Boo Thang" singer replied. "That's why I make music. I know that for myself, the times that I've been feeling down and something's been able to help me get back on my feet and be all right is music. To be able to create that for people is the goal."
But what does Paul want for himself?
"To be honest: an air fryer," the "Lil Boo Thang" singer replied. "...I have a friend who always is cooking anything, like salmon or some old fries in there ... there's no other way to revive [old fries] than an air fryer."
