Wollman Rink is proud to partner with Breaking Ground to bring warmth and coats to New Yorkers in need this winter.
From Friday, Jan. 26 through Sunday, Jan. 28, when you bring a new or gently used coat to Wollman Rink NYC you will receive our WRAP package: $15 admission and skate rental along with a complimentary hot chocolate. All coats donated must be new or gently used; clean and ready to wear; and free from rips, tears, or stains.
Bring your coat to the box office when you arrive at Wollman Rink NYC for entry. Tickets cannot be purchased online.
Breaking Ground is the largest developer and operator of permanent supportive housing in New York. All coats and accessories donated by skaters will be distributed to people Breaking Ground is working with on the streets this winter. Breaking Ground’s Street to Home and Connect to Care programs provide outreach services to people living unsheltered on the streets across Brooklyn, Queens, and Midtown Manhattan.
